FastLoansCalifornia.com is a loan connection service, not a lender. We connect California residents with California Finance Lenders (CFL)-licensed personal loan lenders. We do not make credit decisions, originate loans, or set loan terms.
Service Description
Fast Loans California operates as a loan connection service (also known as a lead generator or loan marketplace). Our service is designed to connect California residents seeking personal loans with CFL-licensed lenders who may offer loan products meeting their needs. By submitting a loan request through our website:
- You authorize Fast Loans California to share your submitted information with CFL-licensed California lenders for the purpose of pre-qualification review
- You understand that Fast Loans California is not a lender and does not guarantee any loan approval, specific interest rate, or loan terms
- You understand that lenders in our network conduct their own credit and income verification
- You authorize lenders to perform a soft credit inquiry (no score impact) for initial pre-qualification
- You acknowledge that a hard credit inquiry will occur only if you formally accept and apply with a specific lender
